Abrego Apartments in Isla Vista are similar to dorm style on campus living. With single private rooms, double, and a few triple rooms (meaning 2 or three beds rented individually) all with shared living areas, kitchens and bathrooms. UTILITIES INCLUDED! Furnished with a couch, wall mounted tv in the living room, 2 refrigerators, an air fryer some pots and pans, microwave, dishwashers, plenty of cabinet space and a patio or balcony depending on what floor you are on. These apartments are within 5-10 minutes walking & biking distance from UCSB, and they are a 15 minute drive from SBCC plus several local eateries and more. Public transport is close by and easy to use along with third party operated rental scooters and bikes!
